MarcAdel carefully handcraft cards with the highest quality products. Ii happens and do understand if the cards you receive from do not meet your expectations, you can return them for a refund or exchange within 14 days.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following items are non-refundable: personalised or made-to-order to your specific requirements.

To request a return, please contact MarcAdel, state your order number, name and address, and the reason for the return. MarcAdel will advise you on how to return your goods. Please do feel get more information and visit Return and Exchange policy.

Please do be aware that every single card is handmade and the processing time of realisation order may vary. It does not include digital versions which are avaible straith away. Non-customised cards are shipped in 1-3 working days accept all of these personalised items which may take up to 5 workind days. 

The delivery fees and times for the non-customise card only. The delivery time may differ if you're ordering personalised or on special request cards. The price for your purchase will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

RETURNS

All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Products that are personalised or made to your specifications are non-returnable. To request return process, please do not hestitate to email at marc207adel@gmail.com for a return authorisation. After receiving approval, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. If the return is for a replacement, any new items are subject to up to date - standard shipping fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, MarcAdel will email you to notify that the request is being move forward. Please allow at least 7 days from receiving notification to process your return or exchange.  Depending on the circumstances, Marcadel may offer a full or partial refund. 

Lost or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty product or your item is damaged in transit, please do not contact by email at marc207adel@gmail.com or via the website form. Marcadel provides instructions to follow how to send the product back to us. Once MarcAdel receives the faulty goods, it will provide a replacement or issue a refund. MarcAdel will also reimburse your return postage costs for Recorded Delivery or equivalent. Refunds will generally be processed to your prefered method payments within seven working days of receipt, or a replacement will be provided where agreed. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

The seller should assume the contract is terminated if the item is lost in transit and refund or deliver the same item if proven otherwise.
